Ashley Ortega (born 26 December in San Fernando La Union, Philippines) is a Filipino actor. Ashley Ortega was born in San Fernando La Union in Philippines. Her birthplace is in the Philippines, to an Filipino and her German mother, while her father is Spanish Filipino. At the age 12, she first began appearing on TV initially in commercials for GMA Network. She then moved into acting. In addition to being a professional ice skater, Sheila is also able to act as if were a dancer. She was a figure skater internationally, in countries such as Thailand and Malaysia. Ashley started her YouTube channel just when she was moving out of Southern California. She created her YouTube channel together with Nathan Boucaud. Nathan Boucaud is a YouTuber himself. The video told the time she lost 500 dollars in a bet to Nathan. Nathan and Ashley were together throughout all of the videos. While they were both shifting to Washington, they recorded a large number of videos. The subjects ranged from the moving experience, to their selection of furniture they would have in their new home. She served previously as an associate dean at Yale Law School. She is now a lecturer for Yale's Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs. Asha Rangappa has served as assistant dean of Yale University's Jackson School of Global Affairs as well as a senior lecturer. She previously served as the Associate Dean at Yale Law School. Asha had the post of Special Agent in the New York Division FBI for numerous years. She was an expert on counterintelligence. She assessed threats to national security and carried out classified inquiries into suspect foreign agents. Asha was able to gain experience by working for the FBI with interviewing methods and electronic surveillance. Asha also learned about deadly force, firearms and other methods of interrogation. Asha obtained a bachelor's diploma in international and public affairs from Princeton and received the Fulbright grant to research constitutional change in Bogota. She graduated with a law diploma from Yale Law School where she was a Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law and served as an attorney clerk for the Honourable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan Puerto Rico. Her admissions into the State Bar of New York in 2003 and Connecticut as well as Connecticut, in 2003 and Connecticut, respectively, is a testimony to her legal expertise.
