Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples is an American actress and singer. Her best-recognition was for her roles in Nashville The 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013 where she played Claudia Shepard. She played the leading role Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by her mother and father Wendy Ashley and Wendy Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was a performer with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her childhood. She was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory speech of the 2012 class. Harvard University had accepted her. However, they agreed to her admission twice in order to allow her to take on the role as the character of Nashville. Peeples played a role as a guest in the film Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples was a part of the made-for television films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In the second season, she was portrayed by Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples in September 2014 as one of the top American young actors.
